Privacy Notice
When you engage with Arcorian Partners, we collect and use personal information about you as set out below. This notice explains what we collect, why, how long we keep it, and your rights.
Who we are
Arcorian Partners is a trading name of Gary D Phillips (sole trader), based in Sheffield and London. We provide funding intelligence and partnership positioning services to UK cancer charities and life sciences organisations. Contact: info@arcorianpartners.co.uk
What information we collect
We collect your name, job title, organisation, email address, and telephone number when you contact us or engage our services. We also hold notes from calls and meetings, and copies of documents exchanged in the course of our work together.
Why we use it
We use your information to deliver the services agreed in your Letter of Engagement, to communicate with you about your project, and to maintain a record of our work together. We do not use your information for any other purpose without your permission.
How long we keep it
We retain client records for six years after the end of your engagement, in line with HMRC guidance for business records. If you are a prospect who has not become a client, we retain your contact information for up to 24 months from our last contact, after which it is deleted.
Your rights
You have the right to access the information we hold about you, to ask us to correct it, to ask us to delete it, or to object to how we use it. To exercise any of these rights, email info@arcorianpartners.co.uk. We will respond within one calendar month. If you are unhappy with our response, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk or by calling 0303 123 1113.
Third parties
Your information is stored in Google Drive and Notion. These are password-protected, two-factor authenticated services used solely for the purpose of delivering your project. We do not share your personal information with any other third party.
